HISTORY
360Crossmedia was created in March 2000.

First active in events with hundreds of events held in France and Benelux, the company diversified in 2006 in magazines, in 2008 in digital with MyOfficialStory to become in 2010 an unconventional communication agency.

VISION
We want to become the world reference in
the field of "Management consulting 2.0" while selling our communication services in Luxembourg and wherever possible.
We want to "galvanize" companies of all sizes.
Our 3 Forces
FUN
FAST
FREE
The aim is to franchise the concept internationally by targeting agencies and serious consultants who lack solutions.
MINDSET
-
PROBLEM SOLVERS
We like to meet and solve problems in a positive and enthusiastic spirit!
We turn complexity into simplicity(often speaking of numerous and confusing data)
-
HARD TEAM WORK
As outsiders, our only option is to work hard, but necessarily with the team.
-
TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
The customer remains at the centre of our attention. Everyone must take their responsibilities individually to deliver a successful job at the first attempt. Meticulously!
The rules still apply.
No Bullshit!
If you want to improve a rule,
send a 1 pager to Jérôme.
In the meantime, apply...
Grumpy get it!
Our Martial Art
GOLDEN RULES / P.A.R.T.
PASSION:
Driven by Pleasure
Our clients choose us for our investment and development
REPORTING:
say it, do it, prove it
For each project, it is essential that you formulate what you are going to do by defining deadlines.
Then make sure you keep the schedule and share the results of your work as you go along.
ATTITUDE:
Be proactive, positive, effective
If you're in the office, you're all over it. All the
world may need a break.
Talk to Jerome to organize your schedule accordingly.
TRAINING:
Pleasure to learn
Learn a new software, a new trick, a new device, a new template. Fun comes with learning and it comes just before performance!
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
1. No Time Wasted
The key to our effectiveness lies in our ability to use every moment to move forward. (train, waiting room, traffic jam,...). This allows you to perform as many tasks as possible during the day!
2. No Time Wasted (Bis)
Our system was designed to produce an article in one hour, a 20-page magazine in three hours... Everyone must learn to respect these deadlines (see the book "Illusion of Simplicity") using existing methods and tools!
"
Learn english, write articles, do photos, innovate... DO IT FOR YOU!"
"
We outwork our competitors"
P.S.: Don't come to the office when you're sick. (Go to the doctor and send your certificate)
3. Overtime
A person who works overtime must value this time spent by reporting the work done and the result obtained.
4. Health
To stay successful in an active company like 360Crossmedia, make sure you take care of your nutrition and fitness. The management supports any initiative in these 2 areas!

COMMUNICATION
1. FUNDAMENTALS
-
The best communication is ORAL
-
Key points are documented and shared by WRITING
NOTHING WILL come out WITHOUT A "Validated" MAIL
-
Think before you speak and express yourself clearly, in a few words
-
Any purely negative input, without a solution, is PROHIBITED
2. MISSIONS
Every mission should be formulated once with 1 deadline. The requester contacts his/her colleague again if the deadline has not been met. After this reminder, the applicant is entitled to do the task herself. She informs the team of the situation. It is prohibited to subcontract a subcontracted mission.
3. REPORTING
A task that has not been postponed is considered "not done". Tasks are "reported" in Sales Force (Sales), Zoho (Timing) or Production Monitoring! (Prod) + an email to the the person who gave the mission.
At the end of the day, send a short debriefing indicating emergencies, points made and comments.
"
Say it, Do it, Prove it."
